Support-to-sales ratios

Hi all! Does anyone have a good method for support-to-sales ratio management? Curious whether anyone has a data-based scalable system for hiring traffickers/client services/sales planners based on how many sellers are fully ramped? From talking with various Monsters at events, it seems all of our orgs are pretty different.
